The DAKEN DFJ Flexible Jacket is a Lloyd’s Register certified Passive Fire Protection (PFP) System designed for demanding offshore passive fire protection, FPSO passive fire protection, LNG facilities, petrochemical plants, marine applications, and industrial fire protection projects. The system is certified to UL1709 Hydrocarbon Pool Fire Protection, ISO 22899-1 Jet Fire Protection, and ISO 20088-3 Cryogenic Spill Protection, providing a comprehensive solution for fire, explosion, and low-temperature hazards.

Manufactured using multiple layers of high-performance alkaline earth silicate (AES) fibre blanket, the DFJ system functions as a removable fireproof jacket, thermal insulation jacket, and fireproof enclosure for valves, actuators, emergency shutdown valves (ESDV fire protection), pipelines, pressure vessels, cable trays, and critical process equipment. The system is also available in tubular configurations for pipework and structural members requiring structural fireproofing and offshore fireproofing systems.
