DAKEN Fire Rated Bolt Caps-DBC

The DAKEN Fire Rated  Bolt Cap(DBC) provides rapid, long-term fire and corrosion protection for structural steel bolt connections. It is manufactured using PPG PITT-CHAR NX or AkzoNobel Chartek epoxy intumescent coating materials. The system installs easily without the need for surface preparation and is fully compatible with all existing epoxy intumescent coating systems.
Designed for harsh environments, it enhances safety, durability and construction efficiency. The DAKEN Fire Rated  Bolt Cap(DBC) provides a passive fire protection for bolts, preventing bolt connection failure in the event of fire and the resulting structural collapse.
